Days after the election of Barack Obama, and the very day after protests against Proposition 8 across the nation, gays are inclined to ask: Where do we go from here? Where can we go that we couldn't go before? Due to this proposition coming to pass, not only gay marriage but gay rights in general is once again fresh on the minds of the public. Rather bittersweet circumstances to get people out of their houses, but they did come out.

Yet, now that they have, what next? Does the excitation persevere? Obama's election has certainly paved the way for gay issues in the same way that the Palin/McCain ticket would have stood to further brick them in. So, where do gays fit within the Obama nation and where do they stand in their own right?
Hosted by Rick Vanderslice on November 16th, 2008 in the city of Dallas, with writer and podcaster John Selig, social and political observer Roy Calhoun, and writer/blogger/poet R.J. Jackson
